We extend our heartfelt congratulations on our Jumma Scholars

This year, 2022 is a blessing year for our Jummas community living in South Korea. We would like to share a message on behalf of the newly Jummas candidate who accomplished a new successful career living in South Korea.

Firstly, one of our dearest friends Mr. Palash Chakma who has completed his PHD Degree in one of the reputed universities in Korea. He has been living in Korea for more than five years with his family. It is a very good news for the community.

Secondly, Mr. Juni Chakma is the first graduate of the second generation of the Jummas members in Korea. In March, 2022, he became the second lieutenant in the Military Infantry Division of South Korea. He is the only child of Mr. Ronel Nani Chakma and Joly Dewan. His father is well known in the Jummas community who had started to build an organization, JPNK. Currently, he is working in a semi-government job. Also, work as an interpreter in the immigration under the Ministry of the Justice of South Korea. We are grateful for his son and also his constant contribution to the Jummas community.

Thirdly, Ms. Hitoshi Chakma is a very young and talented girl who got a job in an International Airline, Air Arabia. Apart from that, she is a Hip-Pop Dancer and speaks many International languages. She is the daughter of Mr. Zidim Chakma( Palash Chakma) and Shanti Devi Chakma. Her family has been staying in South Korea for more than 20 years. Her father, Mr. Zidim Chakma is also a well known person in the Jummas Community who worked for establishing the JPNK and also as a continuous supporter of the JPNK and for Jummas Welfare. We are thankful for Ms. Hitoshi Chakma and her family.
